32 Years Old, 2 Children, in Need of a Mommy Makeover! - United Kingdom

After extensive research on this site and many others, I decided that a "mommy makeover" would be the procedure for me. My search took me to see Dr Gary Ross in Manchester. I was very nervous and didn't have a clue what to expect. I was put at ease immediately by Gary and his lovely ladies! We discussed what I was hoping to achieve and my reasons for wanting surgery. He then examined me and discussed different options, showing me examples of each. So it looks like I'll be having a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo, fat transfer to the breasts and a lift. As my breasts aren't too bad (I just wanted them a little fuller and lifted a little) it was recommended that fat transfer would be best, it would give me that bit of extra volume I want without having to have an implant. I had a look at examples of implants and what could be achieved with fat transfer and was quite surprised at how large implants are!! That put me off implants straight away. I don't really want anyone to know I've had any work done. I hide my tummy with clothes and control wear so hopefully I'll look about the same after the procedure but eventually with no control wear needed!! He gave me some homework, the wonderful rice test!! So over the next couple of months I will experiment with different weights to see what feels comfortable. I have booked the procedure for September, just need to pop back for another consultation in a couple of months to discuss things in more detail! I found out before I left the hospital that Gary had been on the BBC earlier that day and the phones were ringing off the hook so think I got in at just the right time! My husband laughed and agreed that I never do things by halves, trust me to end up with a celebrity surgeon! I honestly didn't have a clue, it was purely down to his work and good reviews that lead me to him. Very pleased that it did though, I'm so excited about getting rid of my mummy tummy once and for all!!
