CORRECTION SURGERY BOOKED FOR 27TH OCT!

I would love to get a doctors review and advice on here about things i should look out for. I had a post op with my surgeon and he didn't give me any information at all. I really do regret using MYA clinic. but least i'm getting a review surgery for free. My surgeon said that i will have loose skin on my lower abdomen which is a little frustrating.
does anyone know the best thing to do to ensure i have the flattest possible stomach after surgery? I'm going to purchase one of those abdominal boards, as i read some really good reviews on these so I'm hoping it will help.

I'm really nervous about going through all this pain and recovery again. but i'm hoping this time i will get what i paid for!

3 months post op pictures

Hey everyone this is my 3 month post results and as you can see from my side profile there isn't much change. Which is why I'm thinking of going for a second round if I don't get smaller in the next 3 months.

I am now 3 months post op and I have decided to...

I am now 3 months post op and I have decided to stop taking progress pictures as I am not very happy with my results. Immediately after my surgery I could feel that my lower stomach pouch was not sore at all, as if that area had been completely missed!

After speaking with the nurses they said that I will have to wait 6 months before we can analyse the area and discuss going for a round 2. I am most certain that I will need a round 2 because this can't be it, I paid way to much money to still have a chubby belly.

I've been staying away from carbs working out hard 3-4 times a week. And still I havent lost any inches in my waist. I originally wanted to get my surgery done in California as I believe American doctors produce more of a drastic result but I was talked out of it by the MYA clinic in London as they explained that I would be really swollen and they would give me free corrections within my aftercare.

Now that my swelling has gone I'm going to mentally prepare myself for a second round. The first month of recovery was really tough for me first time round. I'm trying to stay positive about my results and I'm excited to continue with my journey. After reading a few reviews I see that quite a few people have had to go through a few rounds to get their final result, I would love to hear from those that have. Please let me know your thoughts.

Doctor was really sweet but not very informative. I feel like he could have done more as a doctor to give m what I want and to tailor my surgery to what would suit me and my body type. He wasn't very attentive or medically informative at all.
