Quick update
Hi!
I haven't been posting many updates recently because, well.. There hasn't been much to say! I'm now on tray 9/14, and I'm super happy with how my teeth are looking already. I've attached a before pic and one from today.
I'm used to wearing them for 20-22 hours a day now and most of the time I forget they're even in my mouth.
If anyone has any comments/questions post them below and I will respond

totally random I know, was just browsing the site as I am on a short second Invisalign journey to tweak some results from Invisalign I did years ago - just wanted to say that your teeth look great!

4th tray
Just a short update today.
Switched to my 4th tray last night, so my teeth are feeling quite tender today. I like to change the trays before I go to sleep so they have overnight to settle in a bit, when I won't be popping them in and out to eat etc.
I am really seeing a difference in my teeth from the view from the right side, and I'll attach some photos. (White shirt is before)
Hopefully the tenderness will be gone by tomorrow, that's the usual time frame. Until then, tomato soup and paracetamol it is.
