Hi girls, I will be getting my BA thursday!! feel...
WORTH IT$2,500
Hi girls, I will be getting my BA thursday!! feel so excited but not looking forward to giving up my active lifestyle for up to 6 weeks, this website is excellent as so many of you have the same hopes, weight lift lifestyle yet incredible results.
Im around 5 foot 8, 9 stone 5, athletic body type with curves. Ive lost all volume as my muscle mass increased, particularly upper part of my breasts.
Looking for a fuller look (currently a 34b and assuming ill end up a large D. I will be getting 400cc round high profile eekkk :)
If any of you girls have any thoughts what this size will look like on my frame id like to hear :)
Ive also been unsure about what post op bra is suitable so hope at least one of the two in my pics fits.
or have similar size/stats or any weight lifters..Id be glad to hear any feedback or tips thanks xx
So two days to go, ill keep all posted. Below is some before pics!! :)

completed! 400cc unders HP on lean frame
wow I dont no where to start, but will try and include points that may help you guys. I arrived at the clinic 730am yesterday. Before I knew it i was surrounded by a peaceful professional crowd of staff. I confirmed size with surgeon then I 'went under' which I was scared about but surprisingly it felt nice, warm tingling feeling through my body lol I have vague memories of talking to a very handsome nurse saying "I felt hot" then we talked about the summer, the next thing I no...
its just past 10am, I'm being woken up, of course with my sports bra but also an compression band on (didnt no i was getting, but cant take it off for 6 weeks eek) very dizzy and crying in pain but apparently I was dirorientated and very confused effects from the general (which I could over hear being said by staff members) I had NO pain meds, obviously it kills but if you stay calm, have good upper body strength, its hell lot better. anyway, literally 5 mins later I was walking round taking selfies like a crazy person and demanding to go home, until the moment i was allowed lol. I then eaten porridge, downed 2 litres of water, waited round frantically impatient, took one codiene at 12oclock and was tears but due to effects of the med!
I was allowed to leave by 2pm after being given meds to take home and seeing surgeon again to confirm all went great and hes glad to see me bouncing back that quick ha :). all worth it already.
The girl sat on bed next to me was extremely tired and couldnt even sit up dosed up on pain meds with a canal in her arm still. Whilst as i said i was buzzing round just wanting to go home basically. everyone is different in how they handle the pain. obviously its very constant pain and back pain.
.Anyway, its now friday, Ive had a one hour sleep. so tired.
pain = Ive took absolutely nothing !!! :) soldiering through as I freaked out from 1 codiene yday which only left me in more pain in the end as I moved arms so much! so currently im sat on sofa wrapped up warm, staying still. very very bad back pain.
So happy already though cant wait to see them at postop next week, other patient was saying they look massive haha I love them already..
my advice is - keep warm, rest , dont suddenly over use arms as it creates further pain, keep up high protein diet, have someone to look after you as its hard to do ANYTHING. have warm slippers and hoodies prepared as well as a sleeping arrangement that doesnt allow you to slide down bed etc , stay sat up as much as possible.
So as my first night is over..hoping i can stay away from meds as i have done so far and the pain may continue to be somewhat manageable from here :) heres pics from imidiately after surgery, any comments or questions are welcome girls xxxxx

February 6, 2015
Hi Hun, it's not 100% sure, but I think I'm going with shaped because there's nearly nothin at the moment. ;) And I don't want round balls on my chest. Your starting situation was much better :). Your right, it's overwhelming exciting! :D

round implants dont really look round unless placed over the muscle so I wouldnt worry! my upper boob was literally just muscle no fat. supose its a good thing though as thick muscle will now be covering implants :) either way though you will love them! :D before we no it both be healed and it will be summer time to show them off hehe :D

Congratulations! I've heard many women claim that a muscle relaxer at night helps ease the back pain and helps with getting a little sleep. Hope you're doing a bit better each day. Thank you for sharing all your helpful details with us on RealSelf. Keep us posted!
