Unilateral (One Sided) Labiaplasty Booked! 30 year old mom of 3

No issues at all and the bumpy scar tissue that I was worrying about a few weeks ago has really subsided and smoothed out. It’s still there a bit but continues to change daily. I’m so happy I went through with this. It feels so natural and like how it was always meant to be. I’ll do another update in a few weeks time. Once I hit the 2 week mark things felt really normal. I’ve gone back to my regular workout routine with no issues. Everything tucks in nicely and is very comfortable.

The operated side is shorter than the non operated side but honestly so happy. Nothing hangs down anymore and everything tucks away nicely when I stand. The stitches came out last week but the scar tissue along the incision line is quite bumpy. I have faith it’ll smooth out but I’m like yikes today lol. I have to remember I’m only 2.5 weeks post op and lots of healing still to go. I just finished my period as well and using pads wasn’t very fun and I think it contributed to the crazy itching from healing.
I’ve had zero pain since week one but some tenderness and a lot of itching which seems to have settled right down in the last few days. I love that it’s still a little asymmetrical and has some character still. The right side was never an issue and it’s very thin. Hoping as time goes on the bumpy scar tissue will smooth out.

Today marks 1 week since the procedure. I would say since yesterday I really felt like I was turning a corner in terms of discomfort with swelling and itching. Today feels quite normal as the stitches dissolve they’re not poking so much. Still a lot of swelling especially near by the hood but it’s beginning to tuck in nicely. Ibuprofen has been a game changer and helped a ton with the swelling as well as ointment or Vaseline on the wound. The first week was uncomfortable but I feel everyday from here will exponentially improve. So happy with how it’s looking!
