Very Unhappy with my Rhinoplasty Results

It’s been a few years since my surgery, and I’m still incredibly unhappy with the results. There’s a noticeable depression on one side of the bridge and a sharp piece of cartilage poking out on the other, clearly visible under my thin skin. The tip and nostril area were left extremely uneven, and my nose now looks totally undefined. I’ve had to get filler just to hide these issues, which defeats the entire purpose of getting a nose job in the first place.
Back in 2021, I considered having it corrected by him but was too scared it might turn out even worse. Now, in 2025, I reached out again just to see if he’d be willing to assess the situation or consider a revision, and he refused unless I paid another $600 consultation fee as it’s their policy. That’s outrageous considering I WAS HIS PATIENT and how much money I already spent on the surgery itself, not to mention the money spent on filler to temporarily hide the damage.
On top of that, he never told me he’d be doing a closed rhinoplasty. In my opinion that method is basically a guessing game; working through a nostril with no visibility. I absolutely would’ve preferred a traditional rhinoplasty, even with a scar. At least then he would’ve actually been able to see what he was doing.
Based on my experience, I highly do not recommend going to him.
