Uneven Nostril (Rhinoplasty/tip Plastic)

I’m 3 days post opp. But right after surgery I noticed my left nostril is higher than right. Idk if he stitched it too tight or what…. I’m wondering if it’s swelling I’m just really starting to get depressed over this.

I actually see it but you have to wait to the Swollen this goes down because in some cases it heal different but that’s not the final outcome Hopefully if you don’t mind me asking how was your doctor??
