I had my first 2 consults today! I have been checking out posts on this site and went in with a few possibilities. I wanted to see what the Drs would recommend. I have broad shoulders and when they measured I have a pretty wide breast pocket (14.2) I also do strength training consistently so I was hoping for subgland. Luckily both Drs I saw today said I do not need a lift and I have enough breast tissue to do subgland!! Problem is I only "need" 265cc so saline doesn't seem to be an option since they don't make them with the diameter I need and the small amount of cc. The 2nd Dr (dr ryan deiderich) was amazing and his assistant Katie is awesome. I was able to try different sizes and use the 3D imaging. They recommended a textured round silicone. I plan to get one more opinion before I make any final choices. I also want to use the rice sizers to make sure that 265 is the right size for me. Excited for the next steps!!

It has been awhile since I updated. In the past 2 years my fitness journey has continued and I have competed in 4 bodybuilding competitions. This has dropped my body fat pretty low and along with it my breast size. I am meeting again with my Dr (Dr Boschert) on Sept 7th to discuss the best option or me. Still planning to get to a full D
I agree you have plenty of breast tissue...a small implant is all you really need. Keep us posted on your doctor selection and a possible surgery date. And be sure to comment on reviews that you like so those members can easily find and support you too!
