At Home Cavitation Kim 8 Slimming System
I purchased an at home Kim 8 system from Amazon after receiving treatments in office following liposuction. The cost of each treatment in office was $300 for 5 sessions. Because both my husband and I were receiving the treatments we decided to try an at home system. At first I was pleasantly surprised with minimal results. After doing some research and further speaking with our provider we added some steps. No eating 2 hours before with atleast a liter of water consumed. No eating an hour after and consuming 2 liters of water throughout the rest of the day. Also, we would do half hour of cardio following the treatment. With these few added steps we started to see even better results. 20 minutes of cavitation on abdomin and then 20 minutes on the back. Followed by RF treatment of 15 minutes on each side as well. I couldn’t be happier and my husband is looking great as well. Really brought out the definition.
NOTE: we didn’t start cavitation until 5 months following lipo. Also, the first machine purchased on Amazon the rf stopped working after about a month. So we returned the machine and ordered from a different seller that offered 2 year asurion coverage. That way if anything broke again, the parts are covered for free OR if beyond repair they will replace the machine free or charge.
