Cryo Vs Cavitation

WORTH IT$200
I've gotta both cavitation (2 rounds) and cryoslimming (5 rounds)/cryotoning (1 round)- all done in the past 365 days.
All three are similar but different procedures. Here's what I've learned in my experience.
- I find that cavitation you see the results immediately after quicker, but it doesn't last as long. Cryoslimming takes about 7-14 days to really see full results, but it definitely is a lasting result (if you reduce your sugar intake it really really lasts.)
- Cavitation is less expensive than cryoslimming.
- I find cavitation hurts more immediately after than cryoslimming.
- You can only do a very specific small body part with each cryoslimming/toning session, but i could do like my entire torso with cavitation.
- Regular cryotherapy is not the same as cryoslimming/cryotoning.
- Cryoslimming is more for fat reduction whereas cryotoning is more for cellulite and looser skin tightening.
I loved the results from all of them but the cryo was just so much more worth it to me. But it is pretty expensive- about $350 a session. Hope this helps someone!
