I haven’t lost any weight

I answered an offer on FB and went to my first ultra slim consult. During that time the doctor I saw brought up a weight-loss program six weeks where she said average people lose 20 or more pounds. Did I include six ultraslim visits under the red light six vibration plate after my treatment for 15 minutes and a very strict diet to follow weekly follow up visits with the doctor. This week would’ve been my fifth week I had an emergency and had to cancel but I haven’t lost any weight I lost 3% body fat but my weight is actually slightly higher than when I started this water waste of money.
