Ripped off

This is my receipt 15000000 Colombian pesos. Which comes out to over $4000. After the procedure the doctor conveniently left the office and left me there with Daniela who does not speak English and they let her just charge my credit card.

I’m American and don’t speak Spanish. I went to dr Juan Guillermo Breton for ultherapy on my neck and I was absolutely overcharged. I paid $4000.00. The billing was not explained clearly. I tried to resolve the issue to no avail. I’m so disappointed in the lack of professionalism He also charged me for samples
