Not able to get thru 1st 3 minutes of treatment because pain was intolerable

I was not able to get thru the first 3 minutes of treatment because the pain was intolerable. Ideal Image gave me a "Pre & Post Ultherapy Treatment Instruction sheet that stated: "Ibuprofen may be taken prior the treatment as directed", so I took the max (2) prior to my appointment. After the technician measured the depth of my collagen, she stated that it was "very deep", and gave me a vibrating buzzer to hold. I asked what it was for and she said that it would take my mind off the pain. I get it that she had to penetrate deep with the transducer or the collagen wouldn't get stimulated enough for the treatment to work, but she offered nothing else to manage the intense pain and I was not prepared for how excruciating the pain would be. I almost jumped off the table when she turned the transducer up to the max penetration and I left after I couldn't stand it any more - about 3 minutes max. She started at my jawbone and that spot was sore for a week and a half afterwards. I asked for a refund since I couldn't bear the pain associated with the treatment, and they refused. This was a horrible experience and now I'm going through hell with them a second time to get my money back.
