Ultherapy was a letdown - no improvement and more aging

Ultherapy Was a Letdown; Avoid Beverly Hills RC

I have been holding on to the hope that Ultherapy would revive my skin naturally for several years. I have been saving up, although it is hard to plan costs when there is no transparency on pricing. The going “special” rate seems to be 1000 for half your face. So when I saw a $1200 Groupon for full face treatment from BHRC in Fort Worth (not Houston as shown) I was hooked.
When I went in I was told that I had not bought the classic ultherapy treatment but a more superficial version. That was definitely not stated anywhere. I was surprised that I had been had, because I have researched ultherapy a lot and had never heard of and sort of Ultherapy lite. Nevertheless, they unapologetically tried to sell me on doing a deeper treatment on - you guessed it - half my face.
I opted to go with what I bought. I thought the skin around my eyes is already thin and maybe it would give me a little lift everywhere. The technician who did my face was very enthusiastic about the results she thought I would get. She said people with my skin type usually get great results.
When I went for my four month check up, the manager seemed to be panicking about my after pictures. She said something was wrong with their camera. A different camera did not yield better photos. So she said I had lost weight and was dehydrated. She did ask that I come back in two months for another check. I guess in case my skin was just slow to respond. When I returned there was a different manager. The technician who had treated me gently shamed me for not upgrading my original treatment and declined to take photos, saying it was past the date anyway(?). I also had not seen any improvement and, if anything, just more aging. The new manager then told me what I really need is voluma and laser treatment. He offered me special pricing which was actually slightly more than what was on the flyer on the front counter.
I hope by sharing I can spare other women the same unfortunate consequences with Ultherapy and BHRC.

Adding photos

Here you can see the effect that Ultherapy from BHRC had on my face. They had no interest in making this right and tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault for not buying a more expensive treatment. At this point I think it’s reasonable to believe that a deeper treatment would have only had a worse outcome.

a common response from these places- mine finally agreed to offer a credit- but then went out of business befrore i could decide how to use it that would actually be safe... im sorry youre having this negative outcome...

Agree. I have tried several tightening treatments, and then Ultherapy, after everything failed..this too was a let down, and lot of money down the drain

Two weeks after treatment
ElizabethBennettJanuary 18, 2022
This is Two weeks after treatment which takes 4-6 months to work. There is a small amount of swelling after treatment which gives temporary fullness. Wish this had been my outcome but as you can see in later photos my face lost a lot of volume

I think you might be looking at wrong picture. The pictures are out of order.
The best one is two weeks after when swelling gives temporary improvement, and worst one is six months later when result is supposed to be best.

Hi, you may want to take down the picture with the swelling because people are still going to get confused no matter what. Just a simple before and after picture really drives the point home without confusion. I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Thank you for bravely cautioning others.

I see that, now things are much more clear.
Did you let your practitioner know, did they provide you before and afters or did they just want to skip that part and say "they've never seen that happen before". It's like a broken record script they use to skirt responsibility while they unscrupulously continue to use those machines on others. It's criminal.
