This procedure was unbelievably painful and definitely not worth it. I had an inexperienced technician/esthestician doing the procedure and she burnt my chest leaving welts, scars and pain beyond belief. I have permanent scarring and loss of pigment to the skin on my chest and my face didn't change at all as far as being "lifted". Not sure if anyone else had issues with being scarred and wondered if there is anything that can be done about it.

It’s clear what you had was not Ultherapy, but a spot treatment with an IPL of some sort. Ultherapy administers the ultrasound energy in lines, similar to a sewing machine, 25 focus points 1mm apart, the marks on your chest, are square/round like the tip of a laser or intense Pulsed Light device...which also would explain the pigment change, ultrasound does not ‘see pigment’. Either you were lied to or this post is to intentionally discredit Ultherapy (which is awesome, btw) just another lesson in don’t believe everything you read
