Ulthera on lower face & neck - doesn't work as promised by medical clinic

I did three sessions of Ulthera to address the lower half of my face including neck , however specifically the jowels. I did 3 treatments each 6 months apart as recommended. I was extremely disappointed as not only did they not help, the treatments made my skin looser and I lost facial fat . It's a waste of $$$.
