Dr kwak is amazing with the knowledge during my consultation with him. He explains different methods with the concerns that ive explained. He gave me both surgical and non surgical options to consider and explained all of them thoroughly. I feel safe and welcomed in the office of the staff. I feel helped and supported. I hate consults that are rushed and short and this was by far one of the best
