Noticed immediate tightening after Ultherapy but now have worst chin & jowls

I wanted to share my experience and hope that this helps someone else and prevents them from going through what I went through. My story is long so I will try and make it as short as possible. I had ultherapy done in 2018. My first treatment was supposed to take a couple of hours and I was there for over 4 hours. I was only having my chin and jowls done. My doctor had a really difficult time getting the machine to work. When I did a follow up 3 months and at 6 months there were no improvements. My doctor confessed that he thought the issues was him and how he had forgotten how to use the machine. He offered to do it for free a 2nd time and he would work with the rep to get better instructions. After the 2nd treatment I did notice immediate tightening. These results lasted just a few months. I quickly noticed that I had a lot more sagging than I had before the procedure. Long story short, I think that my doctor was not experience as he had originally claimed. At the time I had done a lot of research but there weren't a lot of reviews on the procedure like there are now. I was also naive to think when he said he had experience with ultherapy that he knew what he was doing. Please chose a facility who has before & after pictures but not right after treatment photos but instead photos of long term results and someone who has a lot of reviews and confirm that they've treated dozens of patients. I now have the worst chin and jowls. The only thing that will correct it is threads that are only a short term solution or a 20k facelift which I can't afford. Please be careful.
