I had ultherapy on lower half of my face and neck and it ruined my neck skin. I look 15 years older and now need surgery. I had treatment done in 2022 one year later my neck looks horrific. Besides extremely expensive it's EXTREMELY painful even with painkillers.

Hi all, happened to me too... I had it done on my neck and the skin is so much worse, skin laxity is now terrible. Was told by the doctor can't be, but I know what my skin felt like before (and also looked like). Any advice on what to do to make it better? Apart from a neckline...I'm only 39.
