You have incurred facial fat loss (under your eyes specifically -notice the darker concavities), along with deeper wrinkling across the forehead. You have unfavorable results in my opinion. I'm sorry this happened to you. At this point, these associated risks with ANY deep thermal heating lasers are well known.
Thank you for the comment! Please let me know if you have any advice on what treatments to look into at this point to improve my under eyes - it's the area I want to improve the most so I don't look so tired - I assume it would be filler in the cheeks or under eye troughs.
Yes hyaluronic filler with an experienced injector that injects below the whole eye, not only in tear trough corner. Do not do fat transfer - it is not predictable and not reversible if the result is not good.

Ultherapy - 40 yrs old - before and after pics - I see no improvement

I am 40 years old and had Ultherapy on full face (cheeks, forehead) and chin (underneath as well). It cost $3200. I had it performed on 6/22/18. I took these after pictures today 1/6/19. I see no improvement. I have had no other procedures performed - Ultherapy is the only thing I’ve had done. I cannot recommend it.

Same with me. Had Ultherapy 8 months ago. Only one side of face looks good.
It’s really frustrating there’s so much hype around it from doctors and other providers and yet there’s a notable percentage that is not seeing results. I wish I had spent less money and gone injectable fillers route.

Yes I did it intentionally so the viewer could focus on my face. I’ve had that sweater for 10 years. Did my hair the same too.
You’ll notice my blemishes are in different spots (look at neck and chin) - anyway these were taken Jan 2018 and Jan 2019. I wish it worked for me and I didn’t drop 3200 for no results. Wish I had used the money for injections or a new Michele watch now
