Had Plexr also know as fibroblast in 2016. How I wish I had some reviews to have gone off so I could avoided this treatment at all costs! I had hooded eyelids and always wanted to have surgery, this new ‘wonder’ treatment came out which was more affordable at the time so after promising surgery like results I went ahead. Four PAINFUL treatmentS spread between ten weeks apart I could see there was minimal lift if any, immediately after the treatment you could see a lift (which is when most photos are taken) but after a week - ten days of swelling , crusty scabs the eye lids soon resulted back to how it was. The redness takes weeks to heel and sun block is a must. it’s been over 12 months since the last treatment and now I am left with scarred, uneven skin tone which are crepey especially when frowning. I am hoping to have surgery this year which will hopefully take some of the damaged skin away. Has anybody else had a really bad expirrience with this ?

I had the exact same thing happen to me! I’m gutted. I’m only 30! It’s ruined my upper eyelids and I will need surgery at some point. Have you found anything to improve them?

I had my under eyes done yesterday scared there going to scare it has gone really deep and the cuts are all yellow it really hurt getting it done I wanted to cry

I had my under eyes done 12 weeks ago now and I have horrific scarring! I constantly look like I have 2 black eyes! I’m devastated, I never use to wear make up and now I have to spend 30mins a day covering it up with concealer!

I promise you, it will fade! I had mine done 18 months ago and it has given me terrible pigmentation (hypo and hyper), it’s damaged my skin and I have marks, unevenness and creepiness. Biggest mistake ever :( wish I’d done more research. I actually have finally been brave enough to make an appointment to tell them I’m unhappy!

Also, have you been to see a plastic surgeon? What did they say? Luckily I only had one treatment but I have the exact same problem as you, some visible scarring at rest but when I frown it is extremely crepey and loose. I am going to see a plastic surgeon this week and discuss my options. I wish I had looked into this more but there was not much about to review it. The damage seems to present itself more at just over a year after. That's when I started seeing the worst of it. Botox in the forehead really helps lift the brows, stops you from frowning and conceals the crepey skin to a degree. Also invest in a good eye cream, I use the obagi elastiderm, its pricey but is an amazing cream. Let me know what surgery options are available. Have you gone back to the place that carried out the Plexr? If so, what did they say?

This happened to me too. The right eye is very creepy and pitted. Not worth it at all. I've decided to not go ahead with any more treatments as it's plainly just damaging the skin. What a waste of money. I'm hoping retinol cream will help and maybe eyelid surgery down the line. Botox helps to lift the brow and the skin to some extent.

Hey my results are pigmentation all dark underneath and the lines are worse and thicker and have scarred my left eye also... I am so upset been back 4 times. I dont see how this treatment is possible I trusted fully in them I'm only 27 and had just little lines side from sleeping now o have dsrk eyes and scared and havr spent over 600 in the clinic.. I'm devasted

I had this treatment 2 months ago and my results are really good. I'm 54 and had hooded eyes. I have a noticeable lift & tightening, no scarring or negative effects. Really sorry if you've had problems and I'd be looking to the clinic to put it right or pay compensation so you can get it fixed. They can't leave you worse than you were before !

Thanks for your comment. I'm wondering if the device and/or technician are a big part of the end results. May I ask where you had your service performed and if you remember the technician's name, I'd appreciate that info too. Been thinking of having my eyelids done as well. Tyia
