Incision line bit sore on the side that came apart

Should I be using coconut oil or similar now? This seems a bit late to be feeling a bit sore and dry.

7 weeks and 1 day after

Well I thought its about time I updated here. So, at about 12 days post op I noticed one labia had an open wound, the stitches were still there but only attached to one side of the wound. It was quite a big section of the wound, at least half of it. I worried, I read similar things on here so I decided to leave it and see what happened. And after a few days it seemed to be healing ok. I haven't been for any post op checks yet I think I go during the next couple of weeks.

So I did the deed at around 3.5 weeks after op. it was ok but still a bit sore. I've felt totally back to normal for ages now. That is up until this last week when it's started to feel a bit dry and sore. I haven't used any oil and I actually ever did the ice thing. Well I tried it once but it wasn't working for me. And I wasn't in pain anyway (apart from that nerve pain at day 3 oh that was awful). My stitches had all disappeared at around 3 weeks post op.

I wouldn't say my results are 'pretty' but the surgeon did what she said she'd do, make my labia smaller. It looks a bit top heavy to me but over all I'm happy with my results. I'll add a pic soon.

Life is back to normal now for me, I forget about it most of the time, just occasionally I'm reminded by a bit of pain but its only 1 out of 10 pain.
