Update
WORTH IT
Its been 7 + months since first op i have had to have the rest of my lymph removed due to silicone last month but apart from that i have had a really great result.Mr Arhmed has done a fantastic job i look great no one would even know i ever had implants i know im very lucky and the surgeon does the work as best they can but i can not thank our wonderful nhs enough. I hope everyone thinking of removing has such a great consultant. I m back at work as a electrian and hopefully this is the end of all the worry and start of being pain free and happy once again ????

Hi vcornish, yes I've used the word 'strange' in my blog before and someone typed back that the word we are looking for is 'normal'. It's funny how we forget what's normal and natural. I'm so happy that everything's gone well for you. Your pics are great and you have a lot of natural boobage too. X
Thank you think photos dlook better than the actual me tho in a 34 b at mo I think the job helped being I pull cables and armoured p about site so muscles were good I've got a feeling my doc put stitch to hold muscle in place which is great as he did it off his back I've had problems with arm this week but I've been told by my partner to slow up lol bless him he did miss me not being there at work hope your well and doing good too [RS bleep]
Wow, all of those pics were post explant? You look fantastic. I am 51 and explanting after only two years. I have never been comfortable with their size. My only fear is how flat I will be after but hoping she can do a lift and maybe fat transfer. So glad it all worked out for you!
My doc advised to wait six months to see how yhey go before i decide if transfer wanted but im not going to bother i think ps would have said do it with explant but nhs doc has seen lots of explants that havent needed it u may be pleasantly surprised i had nothing flat before didnt expect to have a good result but hey they are ok i love em good luck honey hope it goes well too [RS bleep]
Looking at your pics, I honestly don't think you need a fat transfer. Wait until you see my before pics. Completely flat--maybe a 34A on on side and 34AAA on thr other. I am okder than you and breastfed
3 kids so mine are a little worse for wear. Hence,
possible fat transfer
down the road. Thanks!

Hi i keep it short i had 400 cc implants under muscle 2004 june 22 i didnt want that size only want to go from 32a to a c cup but was talked into having dd s by doc as he said he had so many people back a year after wanting bigger . I agreed in the end but was never happy with them they looked like a war helmet lol they said they would take couple of years to soften , never happened i had pip ones i found out later , ive been feeling ill put it down to age but found a lump last yr . Locum dic said ot was cyst lol wasted 3 months waiting for local surg but once there was told def no csyt, was sern by nhs brest surgical team and after test s was comfirmed ruptures and silcone in lymphs both sides .i have had a great surgeon and team spent several days in hospital after blood clots bit 4 weeks today i feel fantastic my symptoms have all but gone no cluster headache since op every bit of me feels so much better already . Ive gone to a 34 b cup no lift they look ok for a 50 year olds lol .ive only just wanted to write this and will put a photo on of them now but i never liked them so aalways coverex tbem up before . Im a spark by trade and feel so much comfortable on site working with men now they are small i dont get the comments any more whick i like if you are thinking of removing i woukd definitely say its worth it but if losing lymphs look it up first as there is lots to know . I wasnt told by doc what it involved hope this helps some one

Sorry about spelling glasses broken and typed out on phone not lap top so hard to see horrified to see so many
Hi vcornish so sorry to hear you went through that- such a worry to have the lump and ruptured as well as pip important lasts.
Glad you are on the road to recovery now though.
I totally agree with you regarding wanting smaller but then being talked into having bigger by PS. Why don't some of these surgeons not realise not all women want to look like [RS bleep] stars!
I felt the same - I remember telling my surgeon when facing my 20 yr old implants replaced back in 2000 that I wanted smaller and that I certainly didn't want to look like Dolly Parton. He said my breasts would be wrinkled if I didn't fill the void with at least the same size again. I opted for an uplift to counteract that in the end.
Wishing you well, thanks for sharing your story. X
Sorry- the dreaded predict text- ' pup implants'
Arrrrrgh! PIP!
Hi hun yes texting on my phone is pain too lol i m pleased i removed its taken 4 weeks to get some normality back but its do worthnit x
On my second surgery PS also made me much larger then permission given- 32DDD wanted C- but then many serious life altering health issues started 6 months into implants. Had to get healthier to get them removed took couple years... Now implant free and only 4 days post op. Some complications can be read in my post update today.
I hope for your happiness and good health! Hugs!

Hey there! Welcome, and thanks for sharing your story with us. I hope you'll get lots of support from the community. Congratulations! You look fantastic! How are your scars? Hope they're healing well. Did you have a local or general anesthetic?
Healing well bit red still had a reaction to tape they used so blistered bad never mind had a general had to go back in next day as blood clots and they removed 500 cc of blood but they kept me in few days to keep eye they were great at hospital and spet team came to my house to do drains nhs nurses are fantastic i stayed with my dicter as they thought it was the c word at first and he wanted to see me through my op when it turned out i was luckier than at lot of poor ladies that day i feel very very lucky it was just implants they are going through a lot worse than i have x
I love your results! You look amazing!
