Why over the muscle?

I'm just wondering why he placed the implant over your muscle instead of under.
Because I wanted them to be bigger and more round and he said I had enough breast tissue to go over the muscle. Going under wouldn't get me the look I wanted
Wear a support bra as much as possible. Mine were overs and the pressure of them on your skin can deform your skin and tissue overtime. Nice result though! Keep your bra on )smiles)
I have a sports bra on every night and Ann summers wired bra in the day time . I sometimes don't wear one for a few hours x
