Pre op, definitely bring a list of questions. Each doctor will have you wear a different kind of bra. Mine has me in an under wire , others have you wear a sports bra, gauze or nothing. If you chose your doctor already just follow everything they say. Also , for me I went in with some wish pics and also let my PS know that I wanted the most natural for my body frame. I wanted to have the least risk of bottoming out or Double bubble etc so we went with safest incision site. They will know from experience what is best size for your body. I'm excited for you

I went from a full B cup to a 34 DDD (615cc each) Natrelle brand (I don't think Allergen went that big) high profile, smooth round implants. They look great so far, I'm 10 days postop, and still have quite a bit of bruising. Yes you need a bra NO UNDERWIRE for 4 weeks!!! It was greatly stressed to me to bring a sports bra that zips or buttons in the front I purchased 2 that zips from Walmart.com I got a Large and XTRA LARGE in Danskin brand? The large will barely zip, if you're bigger than me get a XXL because my XL comes unzipped a little. They should wrap you the first day or so I had lipo as well and my wrap came off the next day, then I begun wearing the sports bra. You'll need someone to stay with you for 24 hours. Buy dial antibacterial soap to shower with. My dr gave me some kind of antibacterial body wash to scrub my entire body with the night before surgery and the day of. He said to scrub the surgical areas for atleast 2 minutes, if your Dr don't give you anything I'd say use dial antibacterial, I'm not in the medical field but I'd say better safe than sorry. I'm still using the dial, but I have so many areas from the lipo stitches it's crazy and I want to prevent any complications from germs. You'll wear a sports bra 24/7 for 4 weeks except when you shower. Also my Dr had me start exercises a few days post op to help healing I think, 16 front shoulder rolls, 16 back shoulder rolls and 16 arm lifts 2-3 times a day for I think 4 weeks. Also take ice packs or frozen peas 20 minutes on the skin and 20 minutes off I put a wash cloth between my skin and the ice packs so I wouldn't get wet, because you're not suppose to shower for a few days. I'm not sure the amount with just implants but I had to wait 72 hours to take an actual shower. No aspirin, diet pills or anything like that within 10 days prior to surgery. I'm in the US so I don't know if we have different standards of practice over here. Hope this helps, sorry to flood you with info, but I figured if no one told you to bring a bra then they probably didn't tell you anything else either. Best of luck and I hope everything goes well!!! P.S. If you're like me you'll be like omg what have I done? the first week of seeing your new boobs. They look and feel very weird at first, it's mostly from swelling though.

Thankyou so much for the information! I'm from the UK and apparently at my hospital they provide me with 2 bras to wear after surgery which is good lol and he said just to shower like normal and he will cover me in alcohol which is weird lol . Yea I'm so worried they won't look right in having 460cc over muscle smooth round ultra high profile x

Sorry, only Just seen all you other comments 615cc is really big, how tall are you ? Im 5ft 1 and 8 and a half stone would they be to big on my frame do you think ?

I'm 5ft 7 and weigh 145 lbs or 10.3571 stone (I'm new to the stone conversion). my natural waist is 27 inches and my hips are about 39 inches right now but I'm very swollen from liposuction to my inner thighs. They look good on me, but they may be too large for your small frame though.
