So I've been considering breast augmentation for years. I had a tummy tuck 10 years ago and held off on the BA because I was worried about being covered in scars.

I suffer with keloid scars and always assumed to get a good result I would need a lift as well as implant.

I'm 5 7 and currently weigh 126 pounds. I've always weighed about 140 to 145 so after 2 children and weight yo yo ing I do have some sag.

First consultation I said I wanted natural look and assumed I needed a lift. He advised against it and said they weren't actually that saggy. After Aton of research I decided I actually prefer more rounded so went back for a consultation.

I'm starting as a deflated c cup and going for silicone over muscle 340cc. He said I should be a D to DD.

Surgery in 2 days!

Hello Psars, congrats on your upcoming decision to get surgery. I had mine 7 weeks ago and absolutely love them and my new found increased confidence. I saw a friend at the weekend who had a BA 20 years ago. She said she had keloid scars on her breasts until recently, until a doctor told her to use Kelocote Gel which is silicone. Her scars are now flat. You can get it from Amazon for just under £30, apparently you only need a small amount and it lasts for months. She said her GP prescribed hers therefore it only costs the price of a prescription which is considerably less so you could try that. It's silicone. You must wait about 4 weeks until after surgery and when your scars have fully closed. I might try some to lighten my scars. Mine are very thin, flat and neat. Ive been using Virgin Organic Coconut Oil, however my surgeon did a very neat job to start with and he used disolvable stitches that I didn't get wet. I kept them clean just by using cooled, boiled water and a cotton ball to wipe them. I had 390 CC over the muscle. I went from A to D cup so im chuffed. They started to drop (settle) after 3 weeks and are still continuing to change daily. It takes at least 3 months. I didn't have any pain just tiredness and some discomfort. I'd suggest shave/ wax all your bits as you would normally and wash your hair before your op as it's hard using your arms after and you should avoid over stretching or strenuous activity for 2 weeks. All the best, relax and enjoy your new look ;-)

Wow they look lovely. So much nicer shape than before (not putting your old ones down) lol. I prefer 'fake' breasts now, they look more symmetrical and there's more 'life' to them. Ive got boobs now im 41 to rival any 20 year old, lol. Sadly that's where it ends. Wobbly butt, looser skin, but hey you can't have it all. Enjoy your recovery. Try not too be too judgemental as they change as it'll take a good few months before they get their final shape. Yours already look great ;-)
