I had a Rhinoplasty done a week ago. My nose is really swollen and looks abnormal. Now, it looks double my original size. Its swollen from the top up to the tip. What can I do to reduce the swelling, so I can resume my work duties?

I had preformed a closed Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty procedure ten days ago. My nose is very swollen and my tip looks very big compared to the rest of the nose. I have attached before and after photos, please advise on when do you think my tip will be reduced. I'm very worried.

Pain level: ModerateI did it because I wasn't satisfied with my looks. The swelling is outrageous and you wonder when it will look normal.Pros: Will be filled at a later stage.
