Has Anyone Else Went Back For Lipo After Having A Tummy Tuck?

I had my tummy tuck a year ago, with minimal Lipo (I thought it would have been more) However, I am pleased with my tummy tuck results. I love how I look from a side view. The only thing is, from the front view my sides poke out. Has anyone else went back for Lipo after a Tummy Tuck? If so please give me some feed back.

It's amazing the difference of 1 month to 2 month post op. You look great. Swelling I've read can take 6 or more months to go away :( glad you're healing well.

You look great, I'd love to talk to you. I'm scheduled for June 4 with Dr O'halloren too. Would you recommend her and are you happy with your results? you seem to be.

Yes. I would recommend her, the only thing is she will not do a lot of Lipo on you sides with the procedure and now my back fat shows a lot more. But she she is wonderful, you'll love her. If you would like to talk inbox me.

2 months po and I'm still not sure whats swelling or what's fat. Not yet seeing the curve in my waist like I want, but on the bright side it looks a whole lot better than it did and my clothes fit much better as well. Ready to be rid of the CG also, but I swell so much without it.

Hi there! It takes some time for swelling to really go away, also I waited and waited to see that curve in my waist from my first surgery, I think I may get it this time. My new doctor did more lipo.

I thank you, trust me I was all over the place about the implants but in the end I just decided to go big, and glad that I did. I can't stop looking at them. Lol

I'm four month po from my tt and I still get swelling from time to time it really takes a long time sometimes. Your one month po pics look great!

I had my tt about 18 months ago, without lipo. I do wishnow that I had had it at that time; however, my ps said "Let's see how you do without it, and then you can always have it later." Well, later has arrived. lol. I wish that I had it to my flanks, and also a few other places. You know, I was not in search of the "perfect body" at the time, but it sure has crossed my mind a time or two since then!!
You can always go back and have a little more done. It all depends on what you are trying to achieve, how much money you have or want to spend, and how much time you have to devote to healing. There is the new body tite lipo that is good for certain areas such as arms and face. Not sure about it's efficacy with love handles and back fat. But, it seems like every year there is another "newer" and better alternative to the treatments that were available the previous year - And I think this is a good thing !!
I am all for getting more done if you think it will enhance your results and make you happier. I plan on focusing more on my diet and exercise plan. I think when I do lose weight, even just ten more pounds, then I am happier with the way that I look. However, while I can get that weight off, it takes a tremendous amount of sacrifice for me to sustain it, and I am not sure that this is feasible long term. So, I may be headed back to the ps for lipo myself. You are certainly not the only woman who has contemplated going back for more.
