Hello dear, I'm feel good and happy right now but I have to say first 2 weeks not easy on me, this is not easy surgery and recovery also not easy this is not quick fix. My operation takes 5 full hours... I'm very lucky to find my doctor he did my breast reduction surgery 4.5 years ago. He is one of the top 5 doctors in istanbul. He has a private clinic called PRAGO but operations done at general hospital. thanks for your information its very useful. I am a lot older and I am very worried about sagging skin. I had a lipo 10 years ago and my skin is uneven with dimples. I dont think I want the HI DIF because of the pain and suffering and the cost. I want something gentle with good skin tighteniing and for my legs to help with cellullite. What would you recommend? you probably did a lot of research. Did you take any vitamins to help with swelling and recovery? Any useful information I would be grateful. hi Patty, yess believe me i did a lot of research:))) hi def or lipo doesn't help to cellullite thats fact but their suffering and pain equal ... doctor said that hi def give little bit skin tighteniing but thats all i guess this not answer to sagging skin I'm not sure that...hi def recovery much more quicker than classic lipo.... No i did not take vitamins but i eat clean nothing over greasy, no salt, less carbonhdrat - high protein type... beacuase those food directly affect our swelling, they tend to hold more water in our body. I'm from İstanbul i live here...

Naci beye muayeneye gittim ben kol bölgemden özel olarak rahatsızım bana kollarımda fazla yağ olmadığını kendinden kalın olduğunu spor yapmam gerektiğini ama yine de incelmeyeceğini söyledi. Gerçekten çok moralim bozuldu. Vaser hi def yaparsa fiyat olarak 15 bin rakamını söyledi çok pahalı dediğimde aşağılayarak baktı güldü. Bir de gıdı için bir makineye girdim 2 seans 3 bin tl ödedim ve hiç sonuç alamadım. Siz doktordan memnun kaldınız mı şuanki sonuçlarınız nasıl?
