Updated Review with Pictures
I am just doing an updated review for you all, I am in the process of looking for a revision surgeon STILL that can help me fix the tip of my nose. It has now will be 2 years exactly since I had my first operation rhinoplasty with Dr Goksel.
I have approached Dr Goksel and asked for my detailed revision notes to be given to me, he has refused to come back to me with any reply to this request.
Please be wary of this doctor one of the main reasons why I am not going back to him is because he has edited a picture of mine and put it up on his Instagram page. When I saw the edited picture of myself on his page I private messaged him and asked that he take it down as that wasn’t what he gave me. This leads me to think that some of his pictures of his clients are also edited too. You can clearly see the edited post on his Instagram and my own picture, he went on to lift my nose and even it out in tip in his post which is completely false this really made me lose a lot of trust in him. This also upset me very much.
My first review did not have any picture documentation, but I have decided I should not be ashamed of what happened to me as this was in fact Dr Goksel’s work, so I am now posting pictures of what my nose looks like. It is still extremely uneven from the front, and my nostrils are extremely large and do not match. As you can see from the pictures you can notice how uneven my nose tip is from the front angle. It’s almost like my nose is pointing towards the right.
I have approached Dr Goksel and thanked him for his time and efforts but have said I want a revision with another doctor which is why I need my detailed surgery notes. He has not gotten back to me and is remaining silent.
Please be very very wary of this doctor he has a lot of charm and seems professional in person but the whole experience has been stressful and extremely expensive. As I have had to go to Turkey several times and also have had to see surgeons in London. If you go to this doctor you are really risking being unhappy I know of at least 3 other girls who are also very unhappy with their results.

Dr Goksel and his team are friendly and very welcoming. I had my surgery with Dr Goksel more than a year ago I am an international client who went to have the operation in Turkey. In all honestly I could have done more research on this before I decided to go with Dr Goksel. Although he seemed very professional and good and so did his team at his clinic. My natural nose had a big bump on it and it didn’t suit my face, I also had a very bad tip it was large bulbous and it hang very low. I always wanted to have this procedure for a very long time and finally decided to go ahead with it. The consultation went well and me and Dr Goksel agreed on what could be done he confirmed he could give me what I wanted. The operation went well, the hospital was clean and the nurses were OK some were not great and refused to spray my nose with the spray after surgery they wanted me to do that. I found that odd while I was in hospital and newly out of surgery. The day after the operation I was released to go home, I felt a lot more comfortable at home but did have a family member looking after me. After 7 days with the cast on it was time for it to be removed, it was a bit uncomfortable having the cast on as I couldn’t breathe through my nose having it off was a big relief. When I first looked at the mirror after it came off I could see that he had gotten rid of the bump on my nose my side profile now looked like how I wanted it to look like. The only thing I could still see was that my tip was still very large, I put this down to swelling which he confirmed it was. The only option I had was to wait it out and see the final result after the swelling. During this whole time I didn’t have much bruising I had a lot of swelling I guess everyone is very different. As the months passed by there was always something about my tip that I didn’t like it was still large and not very even. I had my 6 month check up with Dr Goksel in Istanbul as he requested, I am an international client so had to book flights and accommodation so see him. He spent a maximum of 5 minutes with me, it was almost like I was rushed out of the clinic. It felt like his face to face after care was a joke, as a client who had to book flights and accommodation the 6 month check-up was absolutely not worth it. I currently have a very uneven tip, my left tip is round and the right tip is sharp and higher they don’t match this is noticeable when looking front on or side profiles. Makeup makes this look a lot worse after applying a full face of foundation this is so much more noticeable and in pictures. I am now in the process of researching revision surgeons who can fix this. Dr Goksel has offered to assess it but I have lost trust him in completely as a surgeon. This is now going to cost me so much more than initially planned I am saving up for a revision and with revisions its more complicated and surgeons are vary to operate. My advice to anyone considering going to him is to do their research and make sure that you are 100% sure. All the best and good luck on this journey!
