Hi Everyone!
I am just doing an updated review for you all, I am in the process of looking for a revision surgeon STILL that can help me fix the tip of my nose. It has now will be 2 years exactly since I had my first operation rhinoplasty with Dr Goksel.
I have approached Dr Goksel and asked for my detailed revision notes to be given to me, he has refused to come back to me with any reply to this request.
Please be wary of this doctor one of the main reasons why I am not going back to him is because he has edited a picture of mine and put it up on his Instagram page. When I saw the edited picture of myself on his page I private messaged him and asked that he take it down as that wasn’t what he gave me. This leads me to think that some of his pictures of his clients are also edited too. You can clearly see the edited post on his Instagram and my own picture, he went on to lift my nose and even it out in tip in his post which is completely false this really made me lose a lot of trust in him. This also upset me very much.
My first review did not have any picture documentation, but I have decided I should not be ashamed of what happened to me as this was in fact Dr Goksel’s work, so I am now posting pictures of what my nose looks like. It is still extremely uneven from the front, and my nostrils are extremely large and do not match. As you can see from the pictures you can notice how uneven my nose tip is from the front angle. It’s almost like my nose is pointing towards the right.
I have approached Dr Goksel and thanked him for his time and efforts but have said I want a revision with another doctor which is why I need my detailed surgery notes. He has not gotten back to me and is remaining silent.
Please be very very wary of this doctor he has a lot of charm and seems professional in person but the whole experience has been stressful and extremely expensive. As I have had to go to Turkey several times and also have had to see surgeons in London. If you go to this doctor you are really risking being unhappy I know of at least 3 other girls who are also very unhappy with their results.
I hope this review will at least save one person from suffering the same fate I did, please feel free to get in contact if you have any additional questions.

I suffer from the same thing I had a surgery in Istanbul with Mcan health clinic, I mean this was my biggest regret both my profile sides looks uneven and my nostrils are a total disaster. my left side profile looks exactly the same from before the surgery.
I am suffering every single day and can't see any improvements. Guess people should consider not to travel to Turkey for having a bad nose job that would destroy their lives.
I hope you finde the best solution for your nose and by the way you look beautiful either way my dear.
