Hey Ladies :) waned to share my experience as i find all your experiences so helpful, your honest comments are more than welcome :) so yeah i am 33 and lost lots of olume from face i had no cheekbones! My undereyes was so hollow and i was feeling older than i am due to the eye bag, plus my face wasnt so fat but i had no V shape at all due to the fat inside lower cheeks so i deided to go ahead with ft graft and buccal fat removal, i wll post before after pics as well, operation done with sedaction and local anesthesia, i was sleeping happily as soon as they took me to the surgery room, i knew it was going to be a swelling fest but to be honest with you i didnt expect that much, not because of bucal fat remoal but because of the fat injected to my undereyes made me so swollen, i also asked my surgeon to ive me a rounder forehead along with new undereyes and new cheek bones :)) i higly advise this procedure it gives youth and rested looking face instead of tired looking face...before the operation everybody was asking me if i was tired or of i didnt sleep enough etc...now i have baby undereyes seeiously this ia day 7th and i have a little bit of hard feeling left on the face , btw to talk a bit about the pain level it was nearly painless on the face but quitepainful on stomach which they harvested the fat, i still have bruises and feeling sensitiveon the stomach area, on my face side of the nose area are still awollen and hard but i see the improvement everyday hope it looks good from there too as much as it looks good to me on the mirror ???? btw i put cold compress like crazy on first 3 days, drank lots of water (i put cucumber, parsley and lemon in to a huge flask and did drink as mich as i could, also kept my head up higher than the heart rate even when i was sleeping first 4 days ,if you are considering this operation hope everything will be good dor you ?

I am so happy with my fatgraft and buccal fat removal procedures, its been 1 month and i feel like finally all the swelling has gone and they settled ?? it worthall the fears and the swelling ????now i have baby undereyes better v shape jaw line and natural looking cheek bones, wanted to share with u guys

Yay thanks ❤️ yes, i am from Turkey, i have been checking many doctors and i found out he is specialized in buccal fat removal and combines it with fat graft (he trademarked thisprocedure as Holywood Cheeks ) hehe :) so i went to talk to him and decided to go ahead with it

I too am looking at those 2 procedures - your doctor did a great job - happy for you! Maybe I'll take a trip from the US to Turkey! How long was the recovery? When did you feel you were presentable! To see people? Go to work?

Hello again, i didnt Come From USA i am already from Turkey i dont know how did i manage to update my location as usa :/ i will try to change it, recovery was exactly 5 days, i mean i was looking quite presentable on the 7th day, you can see from my earlier pictures, i didhave insane swelling at first but even doctor said i swelled a lot this is unfortunately how my body reacts to procedures, maybe other ppl dont face this kind of swelling, but being honest i had kinda lots of soreness,stiffness and swelling on my stomach where they harvested the fat, i took pain killers 5 days and it recovered longer than my face, even my friends said i look good to go out on first week however i decided to go out on second week which made me feel better, my doctor is good at this 2 combined procedures, i tink he know not to exaggarate and create a natural look, even my friends that doesnt know i had done this didnt understand they all commented as i look younger, rested and holiday was the one i needed :)) btw im currently not working but i think even if i would work would be easy to go after 1 week :) hope this helps your desicion :)

Hello, i am also planing to undergo this procedure with a different doc in Turkey. My biggest concern is recovery. How long will it take? Mine too will be combined with fat injection (my stomach doesnt really have much fat tho.?) Is 10 days enough? I dont want my coworkers to notice i have done plastic surgery, you know? Since i dont want to take long leave from work.
