I am feeling great! Still swollen but i am seeing great results. I really cut back on carbs to help with swelling. I really push the water ..its hard but im pushing thru. I feel hardness around the muscle area but Dr. POUSTI says its normal. His staff is awesome like him

My time has come to return to work

I'm going back to work after being on state disability 8 weeks. That 8 was perfect amount to heal. I still have a little sore that hasnt healed 100%, but i am ready to get vack to normal routine. My husband has been great helping with my recovery. Dr. POUSTI and his staff has been truly a blessing!

So glad to hear that someone has not had too much pain with their tummy tuck Sometimes it's scary reading some of the reviews. Did the doctor say your sore is getting better or why it occurred. What do you have to do to help heal the small wound?
He said it does just take time. Nothing ..no meds, creams were put on

Looking good! Keep it up! I had a couple of 501’s that I saved thinking I would fit into them again but I threw them away 5 years ago. I gave up. But now only to realize they would be too big for me now. Lol.
