WORTH IT

Morning before and 6 months into recuperation. Still have some pain but scarring is minimal in most places and am back up and moving with no restrictions. I feel so happy and blessed to have met Dr. Kaufman.

You look amazing! Would you be willing to share a little more about the pain you are still having? Is that related to the hernia you had or is it at your incision or...? Long-term pain is my one big concern as I count down to my surgery.

The pain im still in is because it was a bunch of stuff done in the procedure but is currently very manageable though i have my days sometimes...the first couple of weeks were rough when the drainage was still in..once those came out it was much more bearable.....everyday is better and less pain and i can see pain free days coming....im looking forward to starting workouts those pics are surgery and strict diet only no conditioning yet but i finally have Dr Kaufman's blessing to begin and will post more pics as i progress...good luck on your journey sister....anxious thoughts leading up to the surgery are ok and healthy...trust in your support system and all will be well...
