I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Guray and the entire team at Vanity. I traveled from the United States for a tummy tuck with muscle repair, and the results have exceeded my expectations. After three children and nine years of breastfeeding, I really wanted to do something for myself and regain some of the confidence I had lost over the years. Dr. Guray gave me exactly that. His work is absolutely beautiful. I have definition in my abdomen that I have never had before, even when I was younger and extremely fit. I am amazed every time I look at the result.
Dr. Guray himself is incredibly kind, warm, and reassuring. I was quite anxious before surgery, and he had such a calming presence that I immediately felt I was in capable hands. He took my concerns seriously, explained everything, and somehow managed to make the whole experience feel much less frightening. And—not that this has anything to do with his surgical abilities—but the man is also incredibly handsome. Apparently world-class surgical talent wasn’t enough!
His assistant, Bahar, deserves recognition as well. Bahar is very businesslike and very much all business—which, when you are traveling internationally for surgery, is actually exactly what you need. She is organized, efficient, competent, and gets things done. There are a tremendous number of details involved when you’re coordinating surgery in another country, and I always felt that Bahar knew exactly what needed to happen and made sure it happened.
For any Americans considering traveling to Turkey for cosmetic surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend Vanity and Dr. Guray’s team. The experience truly felt VIP from beginning to end: airport pickup, transportation, beautiful modern hotels, included breakfasts, the hospital stay, and all the logistics surrounding surgery and recovery. Having those details handled for you makes an enormous difference when you’re thousands of miles from home.
Thank you so much, Dr. Guray, for giving me a body I feel confident in again. After three pregnancies, nine years of breastfeeding, and all the changes that come with motherhood, seeing what you were able to accomplish feels incredible. I am so grateful for your skill, kindness, and artistry. I would make the trip all over again and recommend you without hesitation. Thank you for my new body!
