Wasn't my Best Decision to Go Here

I had a combituck (combination of lipo n tummy tuck) 11/29/18! I consult with dr Laurence , he was funny and added comfort! I wanted to find a great doctor in my hometown so that I wouldn't have to travel. The best thing was all my test was performed at his practice. Surgery day was good , I was told I wouldnt remember anything but I did! Post OP next day went in to check up and he stated everything was looking good I was doing well then stated he might go back n do the top later! With buck eyes me and my fiance was like wtf why didnt he lipo there "later what u mean, I hope that's not gonna cost. Next post OP he said I was heeling well navel looks good, and I question about the top of my stomach being untouched during surgery, he then says that I had a lot of work done and he didnt want to over do it but I guarantee I will take care of you. So I had post op visits almost weekly each time I expressed my concerns about my upper abdomen that I was depressed , self conscious, and felt embarrassed and got a different excuse each time, one time he said the fat usually die on its on. The final straw for me was he said that is where my blood vessels are in the stomach and no other surgeon could have done a better job and sometimes it takes 2 rounds and that I could talk to "Gina" the one that schedules surgery. After talking to Gina she gives me a quote of almost $6000 after I'd already paid a whopping $11,000 cash , I left there in tears so upset she was unconcerned ...that was my last visit !
That then let me know he left the fat purposely so that I could return and make his pocket fatter!
The results I got are better than I was before, I initially thought he did a good job on the tuck but not work the money I paid! I'm not even sure if he did muscle repair I had no upper abdomen soreness or pain above my navel, how much fat was removed I'm not even sure if I'd get the truth so not much bothered about trying to find out but I will reach out just to see. I am now 6mo post op and seeking a doctor for round 2 cause I will rather pay someone else that to pay them again

Every time I look in the mirror I get upset like " You son of a _____!" I think I was a easy fix and he failed me! I just cant believe this man left the top of my stomach untouched.
Its times when I feel depressed and its times when I feel I'm still fine asf , it just depends on what I wear , I just hold it in but after $11,000 I just knew the sucking it in part would be over
