Do not go to The Lift Body Center, Scaumburg, IL

He never contoured my waist and snatched things in as promised nor did he lipo both arms like he was supposed to, but I paid for both arms. He liposuction one bra pad and not the other bra pad and my butt cheeks were uneven even after giving things 6 months to settle as he and Kara and Kendall kept suggesting.

I had my surgery with Dr. Dillon on 9/28/17. From the start, my spidey senses told me to walk away when my surgery was scheduled for at 10:00 am and by 1:00 PM I was still sitting in the waiting room for the anesthesiologist & to even be taken back for surgery. I paid the agreed amount for a Tummy tuck, Brazilian Butt Lift, liposuction of my bra pads, love handles and arms. I got out of surgery after 7:30 - 8:00 PM and me and my companion were informed that my arms did not get done, nor my front bra pads and only 1 back bra pad was done. INCOMPLETE surgery, but they charged me. Upon things settling my stomach is not flat, my butt cheeks are uneven, still dimpled and not shapely as I had requested. The doctor and Lift Body Center staff promised me a revision at NO COST to me for the problems and dissatisfaction. From October, 2017 to January, 2018 at my post OP visits, I expressed my displeasure with incomplete surgery and still flat and uneven butt with the nurses, Office Manager Kendall Greenburg, staff and Dr. Dillon. He re-examined & re-assessed what needed to be done and revised. The Lift Body Center kept telling me, let things settle and at 6 months if not happy they would fix it. Not to mention my undone bra pads. Well, in between this time alot of unprofessonialism, lack of proper follow up and follow through took place. I scheduled the retouch, revision surgery for 4/19, then 2 weeks prior, a Chris from the Lift Body Center calls me and tells me my surgery needs to be cancelled, due to what was going on in Puerto Rico? Something with saline. Ok, while this was another major inconvenience, among many others with this facility - from no return ph call backs on concerns, questions, and issues I needed information and answers on to them scheduling my post OP appointment with a technician and not my surgeon after a surgery as major as mine; I rearrange everybody's schedule since we'd be coming from out of state & pick a 5/10/18 revision surgery date. Again, Chris a "new" staff member advises me alot of people have been fired, restructuring was going on, BUT he too assured me that I won't have to pay any additional costs. I've met with Dr. Dillon, the office manager, Kendall for a 6 month period prior with the promise of the problem, with both front bra pads & 1 back bra pad being undone and a flat, uneven, still dimpled butt cheeks being a result, being fixed and taken care of to my satisfaction. Kendall and Lift ASSURED and PROMISED me. Then on 5/2/18 the accounting manager, Jeanne Shockey, whom I've had 1 awful encounter with back in Nov. 2017 because she was rude, unprofessional, lacked care, concern or compassion and basically has this condescending, "Too bad deal with it, I'll assist and help you when I get ready, if even at all" attitude calls me on 5/2/18, literally 1 week to the day before what is to be my retouch, revision surgery to argue me down, tell me I have to pay for a new surgery, kept talking over me, cutting me off. Telling me she will hang up the phone on me and it was as if she intentionally wanted to upset me, ruffle my feathers and cause conflict because they knew they were wrong and backing out of what had been promised and assured to me for 6 months! They refused to let me speak to Dr. Dillon, she was unprofessional and then an Alecia tells me, I am not welcomed to call Lift anymore, they won't take my calls. I regret going to the Lift Body Center. They mislead, lied to me, did not make good on guarantees they made and the promise to fix what feels so much like a BOTCHED surgery. Dr. Dillon is very nice/ kind, but nice and kind does not get you the plastic surgery results you pay out of pocket for. Making wrongs right and doing the job properly, not rushing and completing a unfinished job is what I needed. I am so unhappy with my results, feel like they are nice and professional with you UP until they get your money, then give you the run around, lies and excuses for why they don't or didn't deliver what was promised! MAJOR REGRET using The Lift Body Center. I've dealt with depression and overall displeasure with my results over 1 yr out, post surgery.
