My count down is now 9 months to go, seems long but honestly i know how quickly time passes. Nervous , excited, scared ... all in one . Hoping to be as strong as you when it comes to the pain lol I haven't done much preparing yet but I am still trying to workout and maintain my weight for a good sx outcome ! :) Hope your super happy with your results so far !!!!
Hi dear. Thanks for checking in. Wow! 9 months to go. It’ll be here soon before you know it. I sure can related to all those feelings ( the phycological part is the worst in my opinion). Just try to think of all the positive aspects and you will be fine. After all is done, it will all be a blur and you will be enjoying and flaunting your new body. Dr. Miami is amazing, so you are in great hands. Once you get there him and his team will make you feel at ease, trust me. As for me, I feel great. I am so satisfied with my results. The hard part is not gaining the weight back. I’m going to post a recent picture shortly. Good luck, and if we don’t speak, happy holidays!

3 months update.

Finally 100%. No more swelling or stiffness. I feel so great and am so happy with the outcome. Looking back, everything is a blur. So worth the money, pain and sacrifices!

Glad I could be of help. I think the 3 month mark was when I finally got some relief just as my dr. assured me. One day at a time. Trust me it will all be worth it.
Awesome! I can't believe some people that ask about working out at 6 and 8 weeks.. id die! I still have a ton of numbness, stiffness and nerve pains all the time.. along with the swelling.. I'm still taking it easy until I'm 100
I agree. I do not feel no where near ready to work out. I do feel numbness on the lower abdominal area, and my stomach is still very tender and sensitive to touch. No pain though. Good luck, and remember everyday will be easier.

9 week update.

What can I say - I am feeling great. Despite the occasional swelling, I am getting back to my normal self. I am so happy with my results. I am super confident and happier than ever. My husband can not keep his hands off of me and has even developed a little jealous side to him ( the cutest thing ever). Here is a new picture at 9 weeks.
