WORTH IT
After waiting 41 years since the birth of my twins, I finally decided to get a tummy tuck, Dr. Hardesty was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad that I listened to her. Everyone at the office was very kind and Dr. Hardesty was very skilled at what he does. I highly recommend!

How’s your recovery going? I’m scheduled for next month and I am super nervous.

It’s going well. It’s been 6 months and I feel good. I admit the initial recovery was harder than I expected but I don’t regret doing it. My abdomen still feels tight sometimes and I still have some numbness but it doesn’t interfere with my life. I’m probably older (almost 64) than the average TT patient so that might have something to do with my recovery. I wish I could have afforded to do it many years ago!

I am 54 and I have my surgery in two days. So nervous. How many days were really tough?

Probably the first week was the hardest. Also after they remove the drains is a big improvement. I had one drain that came out after two weeks but the other one just kept on draining so it was in for four weeks
