FUPA after extended TT - it sticks out farther than my belly

I am coming up to the 1 year of post Op. I had an extended TT, inner thigh lift, lipo, and renuveon injected. I thought I did all my research and even had 3 different consultations and chose Dr Mesna. I loved his demeanor and thought he would do a great job. I didn't ask about having a FUPA left after surgery, cause I thought it wouldn't be an issue, cause I was having a extended TT. Well, here I am, and I have a big fat FUPA that's sticks out farther then my belly. I love the tummy tuck and waited for over 35 years to have this done. I did spend a lot of money and now don't really have anymore to get rid of the FUPA. I did point it out it my 4 month visit and he said I could get that done and taken care of???? Now, I hate my body and the results and no money to fix it. That was probably the only question I didn't ask about. So, ask about that before surgery. The staff there all amazing and so was Dr Mesna. I guess I blame myself, and now I live with the results, that I hate.
