Tomorrow is the day - tummy tuck with muscle repair and flanks lipo

I originally wasn't going to post anything here but I changed my mind. I am scheduled to have a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of the flanks tomorrow with Dr. Wijay. I did all of the research for this Dr. on my own and do not know anyone that used him. I have been to the office twice, once for my consult and once for my pre-op exam. Both times, Dr. Wijay and the staff at The Oaks were very nice and answered all of my questions. I did initially have concerns that Dr. Wijay was only Board-eligible as opposed to Board-certified; however, after seeing his previous work and more recent work, my fears are have calmed a bit. I will post pictures as I get them.
About me: I am a 32 year old, married mom of a 22 month old and a 6 month old.

After having gone through a C-section in 2020, I have to say the tummy tuck with muscle repair and flanks lipo was worse when it comes to pain, so far. I intended in going home after the procedure but I decided to stay at the hospital overnight and boy am I glad I did! I was very sick from the anesthesia and kept throwing up. The first night was the absolute worst. I could barely breathe when I tried to stand up. The second day, I was breathing fine without oxygen and I came home. Today, which is day 3, I am able to get around without help. I rented a walker and medical lift chair and those are helping quite a bit. I’m drinking Juven twice each day and taking my pain meds as needed. Today will be my first shower since my procedure so when I take off my garment I will post the picture. Thanks for reading!
