Temporary tummy tuck results - my stomach now looks bloated

I had a tummy tuck 360 lipo July 2021. I was excited I loved my results, all of a sudden, my tummy took a different shape. My stomach looks bloated it's very hard and sometimes my tummy looks uneven. I consulted with my plastic surgeon he brushed me off said it was viscera, fat and its nothing he can do about it. I think its bs, from what my surgeon mentioned I didn't gain any weight so the viscera fat seems like an answer he gave me to get me out his face. I spent 12 k for this surgery only to have had a small waist temporarily. My belly looks bloated and uneven. My family says, "didn't you get a tummy tuck, it doesn't look like it". My situation is depressing. What can I do and why did this happen to me.
