3 weeks post-op - so far I'm not sure how to feel

This has truly been an emotional event for me. I’m not gonna lie, I was not happy with my results initially. Mainly because, what was suppose to be 2 surgeries, turned into 4 because of complications with my blood supply and oxygen levels.

Dr. Larry’s first priority is always the safety and health of the patient, and I’m appreciative of that. I think sometimes we (patients) want immediate results and thats just not how it works.

I still have a little swelling but overall, I’m happy with my results. I had to get a lot of my pants altered because of the difference in my waist size. My results look natural and I’m glad i don’t have that noticeable artificial super flat tummy look. I look like i lost weight, and that’s exactly what i wanted.

I had my 3rd procedure today. What should have been Lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, hips and flanks turned into Lipo of my back and my abdomen not getting done at all because i kept losing oxygen from laying face down for over 3 hours. The exact thing happened during my first procedure so I’m not sure why it wasn’t expected to happen again.

Needless to say, I’m not happy with my results. It’s been 7 months since my first procedure and i still don’t have what i initially went in for. A tummy tuck and Lipo should take dang near a year to achieve. My stomach sticks out more now than it did pre-surgery. I still can’t wear form fitting clothes because of the bulging.

I feel good about my results but i think I’ll feel a lot better after the 2nd round of lipo. Check out that slim waist
