You look great!!! I am at Week 3! I can’t wait to feel completely normal again and go to the gym! However, I am taking it slow and going one day at a time!

First workout Post op

So i worked out with my husband last night and i felt amazing! I just did 15 mins on the elliptical and some arm work then hit the sauna but it felt soooo good to be back
