End of first competition season.

WORTH IT$8,900
Couldn’t be happier where I’m at. No the plan is just to get more muscle. Wouldn’t change anything I the world except to start it earlier. The surgery doesn’t keep you from lowing back up but it gave me the boost I needed to get going and continue this lifestyle.

Congratulations, you look great!!!
Thanks for the tips before.
Hello! Very inspiring! Did you also have a muscle repair. I'm 7 weeks post op and nervous about excersise but want to get back into the gym. How gradually did you get back into it. I still feel sore and tight and the incision still hurts a bit
You look wonderful. I am amazed you got back in the gym so quickly after your operation. But of course, if you're in good shape, you will heal faster after surgery. Amazing what hard work and determination will do.
Amazing !!!! Congrats
Your results are amazing. Your dedication in the gym shows incredibly as well.

Fabulous!!! congratulations, good for you!!
Thank you!!
I'm 5 mo post op and still feel super tight, still hurts to stand completely straight, when does that go away? and the numbness, super weird!! You look awesome!!
Yes it does. I did slight stretches until I cold stand upright. And over 2 years later I still have tightness if I try to stretch too far. The numbness goes away as well but if I remember right it was a good year. The more blood flow you can get to it the quicker it goes away. I jogged slow on the treadmill to amp my blood flow. Weirdest feeling ever but it worked. Lol I lost 50 lbs after my surgery and have minimal loose skin and only wen sitting down so that tells you how tight it was.
I’m 1 year and 7 months and still have numbness. It’s not guaranteed to go away. There could have been nerves cut during operation which your doc should have discussed with you. I’m 11 years out from my first breast augmentation and 7 months from the revision and still since my first set I’m numb on my right side of right boob. Will always be that way unfortunately.
Oh no, sorry to hear that. Was it with the same doctor? Did you have good results with the revision I hope?
Girl you better go head
Wow, quite the transformation. Very inspiring!
Thank you!! It's taken a lot of blood sweat and tears but so worth it!
You are amazing!! My PS told me I would never be able to achieve a six pack because I had diastasis recti. However I did have muscle repair and seeing your pics are such inspiration! Your scar is pretty much invisible! What did you use on it?
Seriously they gave me a sample of some scar cream but honestly I just used vitamin E oil on it multiple times daily and absolutely no sun on it for over a year.

Thank you!
Wow you look amazing
Thank you!
Wow! You look amazing!! What did you did to fade your TT scar? It’s hardly noticeable!! I go in on May 28th for my mommy makeover so any advice for scar healing would be greatly appreciated!!
Honestly not much. I tried those expensive ass silicone strips and hated them. Just used some sample scar cream that the doctors office gave me and then straight vitamin E oil. Kept it covered so I wouldn't get any sun on it for about a year.
I’m so glad I asked because I was just about to buy some of those strips! Thank you!!
Yeah they didn't impress me honestly lol
You look fantastic!
Thank you!
