WORTH IT
If you are not one for reading lengthy reviews, in summary, I would say RUN, don’t walk to the phone and book your consult and surgery with Dr. Ramos. He is absolutely AMAZING, and he will EXCEED your expectations. He performed lipo 360, breast reduction/lift (no implants), and a tummy tuck. He LITERALLY changed my life, and he will change yours too. My only regret is that I did not find him sooner. He is the G.O.A.T.
A little background, I decided I wanted a body makeover and did copious amounts of research on cosmetic surgeons. I am an American, but I was living in Europe at that time and decided I wanted to return to the U.S. for my surgery, primarily due to the safety and training of U.S. physicians. After wasting a lot of time and money with in-person consultations with well-regarded surgeons in NYC, I was left feeling like I had not found “the one.” I returned to Europe and got back online and doubled down on my research and found Dr. Rammos. I flew back to the U.S. for an in-person consult, and after that consult, I knew Dr. Rammos was “the one” to give me the body I desired. He told me during the consult that I would look great, and he more than delivered. I booked my surgery less than 24 hours after our consult, and I cancelled all the other consults that I had scheduled during that return visit. I was that confident after meeting Dr. Rammos.
Five months later, I had my surgery and an overnight stay in the hospital. Considering the extent of my surgery, this was a very safe thing to do. I stayed in Dr. Rammos' AirBnB in Peoria for nearly 3 weeks post op to ensure I was healing properly. Dr. Rammos checked on me daily, and I had regular office and home visits. I was well looked after by him and his staff. Although Peoria is a bit off the beaten path, the upside is that it is highly affordable (vs recovering in a large city). Although I look great now, post-surgical recovery is a “process” and the first 3-4 weeks were a bit rough. I appreciated being in Peoria, where I was highly unlikely to run into anyone I knew. It allowed me to avoid the awkward “what happened to you” question.
If I could give Dr. Ramos 10 stars, I would; he is nothing short of EXCELLENT! I would recommend him 100% without any hesitation. The work he does is transformative, medically safe, and highly skilled.
