Hey its probably just swollen they say you’ll be swollen for a while after the procedure do you still have numbness to your stomach you look great doe, I’m coming up on my 60 days before the procedure what to expect.

I am a couple days shy of a month post op. I too am puffier between my belly button and insision. I remember one consult i had the Dr told me not all people have the same amount of intestines and bowels. He said that dictates how flat you can be. Maybe explains why small people cant eat a lot. Unfortunately I don't have any problem and I can eat a lot

Ugg rs cut my comment short. At any rate I'm wondering if I'm one that has more and therefore won't get super flat. I asked my PS on my 3 week post op and he said will be healing up to 3 months so it hard to tell what the final outcome is going to look like

Yes i was told to wait until 3 months post op. I just pray it goes flat for us. Are you getting massages? I was told that can help.

My ps told me I could star getting massages at 2 weeks post op. But a place that does them will not do them until I am 4 weeks post op. Which will be Saturday. However now the place can't get me in until Dec 17th. SMH. I Will keep you posted.

Hi. I had my TT nov 7. While my Dr was marking me he told me dog ears were a possibility. He said since I had a pretty big "roll" the only way to avoid the dog ears is a 360. I researched dog ears after my surgery and it appears as though they are common and supposed to be easy to fix. I'm still pretty swollen so really can't tell if I'm going to have dog ears yet.

Yeaa same here. I wasnt told i might have them. I hope i dont but i want to give it atleast 3 months to heal

I will be 2 months post op tomorrow. In the last week I think my vagina swelling has gone down. But I feel like my sides around my insision has gotten puffier.

Hi binnamon27. Yes I have gotten the massages and the next day I can really tell around the front, but I can pinch a really healthy inch on my hips above my incision.

Hi! It seems as though I am having some periods of zero swelling and I feel good during those times but I still have more puffy times than not. I am not happy with the top of my abs "under my boobs" he did not lipo there and I think I need lipo there. There is also a seroma in that area so one side has a lump on top of the fat. My Dr says the sermoa isn't that big and he wants to let it go away on its own. Not sure how I feel about that. None of this can be seen when I'm standing or laying flat but when I bend over this area looks horrible. My sides are a little thicker than I like. What is it you are not liking about your results? Is your lower tummy still puffy?

Hello good to hear that all is well with you. What type of pains meds did Dr Ortega prescript, did he order antibiotics, how long did they keep you after surgery before they discharge you

Glad all is well with you! I’m scheduled to have the same done 1/6. His office is so late with letting me know what I need. If you don’t mind may you tell me what type of pain meds he had you on? And how long did you have to stay a week?

Yes their communication needs help. You can always call them & ask questions. I stayed in Miami for 2 weeks so that i didnt have to go home with drains. He prescribed a pain med that had Percocet in it. He prescribed blood thinners which were 14 needles that you have to take everyday. He also prescribed antibiotics. I asked him to prescribe a diflucan because i know you can get a yeast infection from antibiotics.

I had my drains for 12 days. He recommends you stay for 10. I stayed for 14days. I think its better to stay 2 weeks so you can have multiple check ups with him. My surgery was scheduled for 3pm. By 4 i was in the back. Yess i got one massage at spectrum.
