Tummy tuck and lipo to flanks and lower back

Can't believe it's been a year already.
So I'm 13 months po. I've had good days and bad days as far as my decision of the tt. Over all I'd say I'm happy, it's just the scar that bothers me the most. I'm still pretty tight with skin. I know it's going to take more time. My lower back is still pretty stiff and I need to work it back to have more flexibility as well as getting more flexibility with my stomach skin to stretch out a little. The top area feels great and normal . The lower area were scar is still feels a little thick.
I'm trying to work out as much as possible to improve my abs and shape.

I just had my 6 month check up and everything is doing well but I still have a ways to go for final results. I still have swelling/thickness of lower abdomen.
I am 2 months po from lower back lipo and still have swelling and a while to go for final results as well.
Over all they took out 900 cc's of fat from love handles and 700 cc's from lower back.
Now I feel like I need work done to my bum bum lol. I fix 1 thing then I see another . Well see , I'm trying hard at gym to work on it . I just want a little more curves.
I'll update again in 6 months for a year po.

Thanks for sharing you look great .. I'm having trouble with that little pooch that is in the middle right above the incision it's annoying but I know I need to be patient :-/

Thank u. Yes for sure. I know its gonna take a good year or more to have the results we want so patience is key. Time is going by fast now though I'm glad for that. After 4 months it starts going faster n faster

Great result, back Lipo really makes the difference, and it shows that You're working out: that tone ab. I am almost 2 weeks PO, and from side view, I don't look as flat as I thought I would the muscle repair would give me. My PS told me, how flat I will be is depends on the strength of my tissue and there's nothing we can do about that. Hoping for the best! Thank you for sharing

Thanks. I still have swelling on back so I dont see a whole lot of difference just yet like I want. I can see dimples still but after 6 months it should b great.
2 weeks is so early and I stayed thick for the 1st 4 months b4 the thickness started going away. I still have it at insision area but it's going away slowly. They say it takes a good year and I'm going on 7 months and I believe it will take a good year. I'm seeing it get better n better after 5/6 month mark. Scar tissue takes time to heal especially a cut like this. Massaging helps too.

I'm just about 6 months post op of full tt at end of month . I'm about 6 weeks post op of lower back lipo and removal of old bb piercing holes. I still have thickened tissue at tt scar area (lower abdomen) everything feels really good just a little tightness but not bad. Waiting for a little more flexibility of skin on tummy . Scar looking pretty good . I've had no issues at all and work out with no problem .
My back lipo still has swelling, all the lumps have smoothed out great. I love the results. No more back love handles . Not sure if I mentioned but it was 700 cc's of fat total removed from lower back .
Picture of my old bb piercing scar looks long but really isn't that bad and its healing and fading really good. I'm happy with results so far and know it still yet is to get better .

Really great result with the Lower back Lipo, definitely makes your over all TT result better. I will have the same thing done the same time with my TT which only 10 days away, hopefully will have good result like yours. Thank you for the update

Thank you, yes I definitely say lipo lower back area to improve the smaller waist for best results of tt. I even think I should of maybe added some fat to my hips to give me a fuller hour glass shape n curves.
Your gonna look great . Best wishes on your surgery and recovery. Remember 1st 2 weeks are hardest but it gets better easier and times flies afterwards.

Hi, I was using embrace for the 2 months at 5 weeks po. I feel it did work but I had trouble on center area staying on longer than 3-5 days . I would of purchased more had it stayed on longer because I did wee a good result on sides. I'm now using biocorneum cream which is a silicone cream and works good.

Looking amazing!!! You're inspiring me to get some low back/flank liposuction done too. At what point in your recovery would you say that the vast majority of your swelling was gone?
