Tummy tuck and lipo to flanks and lower back

So I'm turning 40 in 4 months. I have 3 kids. I've always been a small person. I'm 5" and have weighed 115/120 . I have always been athletic and work out but last few years it's been difficult to get rid of stubborn fat especially lower abdominal. I want it gone. I have surgery scheduled in 2 weeks for a tummy tuck. Not sure if I should go with mini or full. I know my main issue is lower n I probably can work out top more but will I be happy if I just do mini??? I guess my biggest fear is the scar, hip to hip omg. So I thought I'd start my journey on realself and hopefully get some opinions to help me feel better about all this. Its emotional for sure.

I'm still nervous but excited to see good results. It's been a struggle with this decision and I hope I'm making the right one. I feel guilty for spending so much money and that's what I hear from everyone is "it's so much money" . My kids are 22,20, and 15. They are spoiled and have alot . They're definitely not going without as they are and have always been my priority!
I've been married 24 years and feel unattractive anymore , I guess that's what I'm hoping for the most is to become attractive and feel attractive to my husband once again. He is my always and forever. Also I'm not ready to let my body go just yet at 40. I work out and try very hard but it's just not easy anymore. So hoping for the best on everything.

Wanting hourglass curves and shape and flat small waist. I'm tired of looking like a straight boy shape body. I dont feel good about my body as much as I work out it just isn't enough and seems like I'm getting my fat cells
