I've just realised I never posted my before pictures
So this is what I looked like before surgery. I looked almost like someone who had a hernia

Hi guys I know I have had a few messages on my progress so here are my pics. I am 4 weeks post of and my swelling has come down enormously especially around my waist and back. I am now walking straight and lying on my tummy when I go to bed. Here are some photos
The doctor and surgery results
So the doctor was great. He answered questions well and listened to your worries also tried to dress them. My results are great. I am still swollen so I won't be posting until the swelling comes down a little more. Now that I am back home I am still communicating with the doctor asking questions about my after care and he still responds. The only thing is that I wish they would have gave us something stronger to help with the swelling as when I came back home to the UK, I went to see my GP and he gave me some naproxen and this has brought down the inflammation / swelling down incredibly in the space of two days. I will attach a photo to show how much swollen I was before .
