Great doctor but not satisfying results - my stomach is not flat

The dr has a great bedside manner but my tummy tuck is nothing like I expected. My stomach is not flat, still have love handles, scar is VERY high and not even at all. The scar isn’t covered by any of my underwear (I’d have to wear high briefs and not covered by some of my pants. I’m happy having the excess skin gone though. The breast lift with implants I’m happy with but the tummy tuck is not.
