WORTH IT
It will be 3 years in June 2022 since I began my journey. My TT was done in 2019 and in 2020 I decided to get a bbl done. That recovery was rough, mainly because of the discomfort and not being able to “sit” for 12 weeks. Of course I had the special pillows and slept on my tummy but after awhile it is tough on your back. After about 6 months I saw my results and yes I did lose some of the fat transferred. But all in all I’m happy with the results. Fast forward to a week ago and I did my back as well as my upper arms (lipo with j-plasma) and so far so good. I’m sore and uncomfortable in certain positions but overall, I’m fine. The difference that I noticed was that this time around I started my post op massages the very next day after surgery and today is exactly a week no since surgery and all of my inflammation is practically gone. Get your massages ladies, but find a “Post-Op Massage” professional that knows what they are doing! I’m wearing my stage 1 faja but will go into my stage 2 one tomorrow at my next massage. I am done on this journey and I’m happy that I took my time, I didn’t do procedures all at once and allowed my body to heal in between procedures. I stayed with the same surgeon for all of my procedures and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I knew he was the one for me from day 1 that I met him. I’m attaching some pictures. Be blessed everyone.

4 mos post op
Well it’s been 4 months since my surgery and I have to say it’s been all worth it. I have absolutely no regrets about the surgery. I feel fortunate that I was one of the people that had a pretty uneventful recovery. I am not saying the whole experience was hunky dory and easy as some women I’ve seen post. I have experienced pain, discomfort, frustration at times but it has all been part of the experience and thankfully no real complications. At four months I still at times feel pain and burning from the areas that were lipo’d and tightness in my stomach area but nothing unbearable. Lipo was the part that caused more pain if anything. All in all, I’m thankful and feel incredibly blessed.

You look amazing! So happy for you!!!
Thank you hun. I appreciate that.
Im so glad you posted this review with pictures! It's so helpful to see reviews with pictures vs what is posted on a surgeons website! You look fantastic! I am considering this doctor as my surgeon for when I have surgery! Did you find your belly button changed shape as the months went by? It seems it was more round then the last pictures showed more oval. It came out really nice!
Thank you! My belly button came out perfect! It may look more oval in these pics bc I had my garment on prior to taking the pics. In fact, when I was going for my massages, each massage therapist including the owner commented on how nice my belly button came out :-). I've seen so many pictures of post TTs and their bellybuttons just look like a straight line or just ugly. I love my surgeon and I'm so incredibly happy I chose him for this surgery. I wouldn't think twice about using him again if I ever chose to do anything else. Everyone heals differently and everyone has different outcomes but one thing I really liked about my surgeon was that he didn't try to sell me anything, he was very upfront with me about what he would be able to do and I went in without false expectations. My results are beyond anything I ever expected and I am forever thankful. Good luck!
Did you have lymphatic massages? If so when did you start them, how many did you have, and do you think they helped. You look great!
Thanks, I had 9-10 lymphatic massages and they most definitely helped. I started them at about one week post op.
Thanks for the information!
Did you have any numbness or loss of feeling after the surgery? If you did, did the feeling come back?
Well, I still have numbness in my scar area and in parts of my tummy, as well as my belly button. I don't know that will improve, but I'm fine with it.

Comparison
Here is a comparison pic from when I first started this journey to today. The before pic was taken the day I made the decision to change my life and start this journey of getting healthier and having this surgery. I saw my surgeon the day this first pic was taken. He recommended I lose about 10 lbs and when surgery day came, I had lost about 15 lbs. Now I am down 24 lbs since this journey began in April. I am no longer on Keto instead I’m just trying to maintain and watch my portions. I’m very thankful and feel very blessed.
