My experience with Dr Damien Grinsell and his team was exceptional from start to finish. The girls at reception and the nurses were so welcoming and professional — nothing was ever too much trouble, and every question I had was answered clearly and honestly.
Dr Grinsell made me feel completely comfortable and confident going into surgery. His calm manner, knowledge, and the way he explained everything put my mind at ease straight away. I’m already so happy with my results, and I can honestly say I couldn’t fault a single part of my experience.
The care before, during, and after my procedure was outstanding. I always felt supported, informed, and looked after. The whole team truly goes above and beyond.
